v  Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or the shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

v  If Goods Takes hold in destination countries custom, buyer have to provide required effort to make it released

v  Shipment normally takes 8 -15 Business Days to deliver the item after full & final payment cleared, and its depend on how much time takes the custom.

v  Because of any reason goods stuck in the custom of the buyers country, in the case it is buyers responsibility to make it release with any necessary documentations
